Rules and Instructions

– Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are will represent a vital component of the scientific program at the IASS 2025. The oral presentation may be adjusted to a poster presentation, depending on the selection outcome.
– Please submit your abstract by April 19 (Sun), 2025. All submitted abstracts undergo a review process by the IASS Committee. The notice of acceptance will be announced by April 28 (Mon), 2025.
– Abstract submission is only possible through our website.

Rules for Abstract Submission

– All notifications will be sent to the corresponding author submitting an abstract by email.
– Abstract must be original papers that have not been published in any national or international conferences.
– Instructions of preparing posters and information on projections facilities will be included with the notification of acceptance.
– Submission of an abstract indicates:
· that the author(s) agree to comply with the abstract submission and presentation rules.
· that the presentation is based on scientific and/or clinical methods that are ethical and valid.
· that all author(s) have contributed to and approved the abstract and its entire contents.
· that the presenting author agrees to register, attend, and present the abstract at IASS 2025.

Instructions of Abstract Preparation (Specific Guidance on Formatting)

– Abstracts will only be admitted if written in English.
– Abstract must be original and not previously published.
– Capitalize the first word of the title. The title should represent the content of abstract.
– Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
– Authors(s) are encouraged to check their submitted names carefully. Names should be written in order of first name and last/family name. Do not include degrees or titles. Indicate the presenting author as underlined. List each author’s institution, city, state, and country.
– Maximum of 400 words for the main body of the abstract (excluding title and authors).
– There is no need for references in abstract.
– Before submitting, check spelling and grammar carefully. Once submitted, it may not be altered in anyway. The reproduction abstract will be directly inserted in the abstract book.
– Organize the content following the Abstract Template.

Acceptance Notification

Authors can expect to receive submission status notifications including the assignment of presentation format by April 28 (Mon), 2025.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Details regarding the session time and the time of your presentation will be provided after the final selection.
This information will be sent directly to the selected presenters via email.

  • Presented in English
  • The presenting author must register for the symposium during the period of pre-registration.

Oral Presentation Format

  • Slide Size: All presentation slides must be designed in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Maximum Number of Slides: The presentation should not exceed 20 slides.
  • Font Usage: Please use standard fonts to ensure compatibility and readability.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

We are pleased to offer participants the opportunity to present their research in the form of a poster at the symposium. Posters must be printed in A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) and displayed during the conference. Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your poster:

  • Size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Content: The poster should include the research title, authors, affiliations, an abstract, and key findings

Poster Installation & Removal

  • Installation: Posters must be installed by the presenter on May 28, 2025 (Wed) between 07:30–09:00. Please attach your poster to the designated spot corresponding to your assigned poster number. On-site staff will be available to assist you.
  • Removal: Posters must be removed on May 29, 2025 (Thu) between 17:00–19:00. Any posters not removed by 19:00 will be discarded.
